Mustapha Sa'eed is a development researcher, policy practitioner and public educator, and the founder of Mtellectual. His work focuses on governance, economic policy, youth transitions and digital change in Africa.
A Mastercard Foundation Scholar, he holds an MSc in Africa and International Development from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Economics and Development Studies from the Federal University of Kashere. He is an alumnus of the Global Shaper s Community, an initiative of World Economic Forum and has worked in the think tank industry.
Having competed for and won globally competitive opportunities himself, he now helps young people across Northern Nigeria and beyond do the same. He works in English and Hausa from Gombe.
